Quadruped Crawl Sled Pull is a bodyweight exercise that requires strength, coordination and balance to complete. It is done by holding onto a sled and then crawling on all fours with the sled in tow. This exercise develops full body strength while engaging the core and lower body muscles. It is a great exercise to help improve athletic performance, develop muscular endurance, and increase core strength and stability.
