Goal: Get ready for wedding
Results of Movement Assessment:
Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip Complex (LPHC) Dysfunction (Anterior Pelvic Tilt):
Flexibility (Tight/Overactive Muscles):
- Hip Flexors
- Lumbar Extensors
- SI Joint Dysfunction
Activation Circuit (Long/Underactive Structures):
- TVA weakness
- Gluteus Medius Weakness
- Glute Max Weakness
Subsystem Integration:
- Anterior Oblique Subsystem Underactive
Relative Flexibility Resistance Training Progressions:
- No Overhead movement
- No Sagittal or Transverse Lunges (Lateral Lunges Okay)
Program: 2 Phase, Daily Undulated, Periodization
- Integrated Warm-Up: LPHC Dysfunction
- 2 Phase, Daily Undulated, Periodization
Phase 1: (4-6 weeks)
- Day 1: Integrated Stabilization Training
- Day 2: Strength Endurance Circuits
Phase 2: (4-6 weeks)
- Day1: Strength/Stability Supersets
- Day 2: Hypertrophy Training Circuit
