Hey Brent,

I know that in the OHS (Overhead Squat Assessment) we use the heel lift to find out whether the source of restriction is the foot/ankle complex, and to determine if it is upper-body dysfunction we put the hands on the hips… but what’s the "quick" test for the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex?

Hey Catherine,

If it's not ankle or upper body than its Lumbo-pelvic-hip complex… For example, if you put hands on hips and put the individual on a heel rise and they still have an anterior pelvic tilt, than the issue is coming from LPHC dysfunction.

Catherine

zing! thank you Brent!
