Program Generator 4.0 Released

We're excited to announce Program Generator 4.0.

This release introduces a complete workout tracking system, a new Strength Training program type, and a range of improvements that take your programs from generation to client execution.

Workout Tracking

Log and track workouts directly inside the Program Generator. Record sets, reps, weight, and notes in real time — everything saves automatically. Reorder exercises by dragging, add movements from the library or create custom ones mid-session, mark sets complete as you go, and close out a workout when you're done. Weight units default to lbs or kg based on your location, and expired sessions auto-complete so your history stays clean.

Strength Training Programs

A new dedicated program type for periodized resistance training. The AI plans phases based on client goals and assessment data, supports daily undulation, and automatically generates split routines for each phase based on frequency. Training days are displayed in a tabbed view, with the warm-up and main routine clearly separated.

Home Exercise Program PDF

Clinical programs now export a dedicated Home Exercise Program (HEP) PDF — a clean, client-readable version of the program built to be handed directly to the client. Switch between the full clinical program PDF and the HEP PDF using the new tabbed PDF controls.

Exercise Instructions

Click any exercise in your program to see the video, written coaching instructions, and a link to the full video page — without leaving the program. (Note, there are a few exercises that currently do not have instructions; this is being corrected quickly and should be completed over the next month.

Under the Hood

Program form fields that don't apply to the selected program type are now automatically disabled. Phase headers have been simplified for a cleaner layout. Warmup routines now appear inside each training day tab alongside the main routine.
