Bilateral

Bilateral exercises are those that are performed with both sides of the body at the same time. These exercises help to improve muscle strength and increase hypertrophy, and muscle endurance. Examples of bilateral exercises include the barbell squat, conventional deadlift, military press, and bench press. Synonyms include two-sided and both sides.

Bilateral: Pertaining to both sides of the body. For example, the pictured variation of a dumbbell chest press is being performed "bilaterally" (with both arms at the same time).
