Stability

Stability - the ability of a body to produce forces that will restore equilibrium when disturbed.
  • For example, when performing exercises on one leg (e.g. a single leg row), stability would be the property of producing small forces that allow you to stay balanced on one leg while moving the load shifts your center of mass.
